The Domaine de Bournissac will delight the most demanding gourmets with all the richness, flavours and colours of Mediterranean cuisine.
The Chef and owner, Christian Peyre, takes his inspiration from his native Provence.
He works with local produce that he often combines with fruit and vegetables from his own garden.
In the summer months you will love having lunch on the terrace in the shade of the old oak, not far from the pool, and have a diner in the patio.
And if it is a little too chilly, you will find yourself sitting in the candle light close to the log fire burning in the fireplace.
